Finance leadership for companies that need foresight, not just reporting.

I build the planning, revenue, and operating systems that help SaaS leadership see what’s coming — and act before the quarter closes around them.

Currently Director of Finance at Nylas, owning corporate FP&A and RevOps.

Selected work

Nylas

Brought in to professionalize finance and revenue operations for a communications SaaS platform. Built the function, the models, and the operating cadence that leadership and the board now run on.

$140M

Capital raised over four years, supported by driver-based forecasting

15%+

Gross-margin improvement from pricing discipline and CPQ guardrails

8 days

Monthly close, with audit-ready controls and revenue recognition

Planning that leadership trusts

Stood up a full FP&A practice: budgeting, close, expense policy, and a three-statement model with scenario paths. Forecast accuracy reached the mid-90s once Sales and Product operated inside shared definitions.

Revenue ops with teeth

Owned the commercial stack end to end — CRM, CPQ, deal desk, comp, and pipeline hygiene — so discounting stopped eroding margin and forecast inputs stopped lying.

Capital and product judgment

Built ROI cases that green-lit high-margin launches and stopped a weak concept before it burned roughly a million dollars in build cost. Redirected eight figures of spend toward higher-return work.

Selected systems

Dashboards and tools I’ve built

Live internal systems and AI-assisted models — ARR tracking, pricing approvals, planning views, and risk scoring. Where needed, dollars and identities are redacted; structures are real.

ARR Tracker demo — monthly bridge with illustrative SaaS figures
ARR Tracker Custom web app that replaced the monthly ARR movement workbook — bridge by new, expansion, and churn, split across product-led and sales-led motions. Figures shown are illustrative demo data, not live production numbers.
Pricing workbook to HubSpot to Slack approval architecture
Pricing → CRM → Slack approvals FP&A-owned RevOps automation: one-click quote push from the pricing workbook into HubSpot, with tiered Slack Approve/Reject by discount, ARR, and term.
Multi-year ARR trajectory chart for planning
ARR trajectory Multi-year growth view used in planning conversations — absolute dollars softened for public use.
AI churn risk scoring and CS playbook queue
AI churn-risk scoring Gong and CS signals in Snowflake scored into weekly save playbooks — pilot precision in the low 80s.
Weekly executive KPI operating dashboard
Executive operating readout Weekly package that puts pipeline, ARR, margin, and runway in one reconciled view for leadership.
GTM funnel and CAC payback model
GTM funnel & CAC model Single-driver acquisition model with trailing conversion rates and FP&A-owned payback tracking.

How I work

A finance seat that sees the whole revenue engine.

One view of the business

FP&A and RevOps belong together. Pipeline, ARR, billing, margin, and cash should reconcile in one place — not in three decks that disagree.

Systems before heroics

Close calendars, pricing floors, deal-desk rules, and board packages beat last-minute spreadsheets. The point is a repeatable operating rhythm.

AI where it compresses cycle time

I use LLM workflows for variance commentary, scenario drafting, and signal detection — never as a substitute for judgment on margin or runway.
